* fix(ChatAnthropic): remove deprecated parameters for models after Claude Opus 4.6

* updated AWSChatBedrock, ChatAnthropic, and ChatGoogleVertexAI components to handle newer Anthropic Claude models and their specific requirements

* revert targetNode changes
