* fix(mcp): preserve tool input schema types and required fields

* Update OpenAIAssistant.ts

* replace zod-to-json-schema with toolSchemaToJsonSchema for schema normalization

* enhance isZodSchema validation and handle null schemas in toolSchemaToJsonSchema
