Fix homepage key of Cargo.toml (#3028)

The release of version `0.44.0` failed because `homepage` key of
`Cargo.toml` wasn't a valid URL. I'm not sure why `cargo publish
--dry-run` doesn't catch this. Here's the fix anyway.
