Synchronize HID keyboard state on first event

When an AOA HID keyboard is registered, CAPSLOCK and NUMLOCK are both
disabled, regardless of the state of the computer keyboard.

To synchronize the state, on first key event, inject CAPSLOCK and/or
NUMLOCK if necessary.
