chore: add stubs for pro-only modules to fix build in open repo

Add no-op stubs for OAuth, analytics, onboarding, task sessions,
and other pro-only modules referenced by cherry-picked code.
Simplify guide and task routes to redirects since those features
are not available in the open-source edition.
