feat: add Claude Opus 4.7 model support and bump Anthropic SDK to v1.37.0

- Upgrade `anthropic-sdk-go` dependency from v1.34.0 to v1.37.0
- Add `claude-opus-4-7` to supported models list
- Enable 1M context window beta for Opus 4.7
- Update model beta comments to reflect Opus 4.7 support
