Merge branch 'master' into fix-array-intersect-nullable-argument-mix

Picks up #117580, which repairs the bugfix-validation master-build S3 lookup.
Without it `Bugfix validation (functional tests, amd64/aarch64)` aborts before
running any test and reds the Workflow Post Hook.
