docs(readme): announce SHA-256 engine-integrity check in What's New 0.0.06

From 0.0.12 the plugin verifies the installed engine lib's SHA-256 against the
official ModelScope manifest on startup and self-heals (verify-before-replace).
Added to both README.md and README_zh.md (new group + version-table summary).
