fixed "all drops being claimed" and fixed Campaign being falsely set to Claimed and other stuff

- fixed not auto claiming even if it has to claim cause otherwise stuck (precondition)
- fixed "all drops being claimed event" triggering even tho its false, forcing the the bot to switch games
