* fix(core): distinguish same-model Intel GPU IDs

* fix(core): preserve Intel GPU identity across restarts

Associate DXGI LUIDs with reboot-stable PnP identities when available, and aggregate same-name adapters in the existing name-based archive query path.

* fix(core): scope SetupDi calls in unsafe blocks

* fix(core): aggregate GPU archives from raw histories

Keep numeric LUID as the identity fallback when PnP association is unavailable, and compute same-name archive statistics from all raw per-device samples.
