Add EC sensors for ASUS ROG STRIX X870E-E GAMING WIFI (#2465)

Register the board in the Embedded Controller sensor table (Amd800 family)
so LibreHardwareMonitor exposes its CPU, CPU Package, Motherboard and VRM
temperatures and the CPU_OPT fan.

The sensor set matches the Linux asus-ec-sensors driver's board entry
(board_info_strix_x870e_e_gaming_wifi): CPU (0x30), CPU Package (0x31),
Motherboard (0x32), VRM (0x33) and CPU_Opt fan (0xb0). T_Sensor is omitted
because that register does not read a valid value on this board, consistent
with the Linux driver which also excludes it for the X870E-E (only the
X870E-H variant exposes T_Sensor). The VRM temperature was additionally
verified on hardware against HWiNFO/Armoury Crate.
