* Update release-drafter config for alpha releases

Added alpha suffix to name and tag templates. Introduced detailed version-resolver rules and updated category labels. Improved release notes template to highlight alpha status and list contributors.

* Update release drafter workflow and configuration

Added `commitish` to the release drafter config to specify the target branch. Updated the GitHub action to v6 and expanded `pull_request_target` events to include edited and labeled actions.

* Simplify release-drafter configuration

Removed redundant comment line from the .github/release-drafter.yml file. This change streamlines the configuration file for better readability and maintenance.

* Enhance release drafter config with additional labels

Added new labels for categorizing changes under major, minor, and patch releases. This ensures a more accurate grouping of changes in the release notes. Also, removed trailing whitespace in the template section.
