Fix three wrong native.inc doc comments

io_space_unmap documented its first parameter as a physical address; it is
the virtual address io_space_map returned. Following the doc bugchecks.

xcr_write was described as writing a control register, with the parameter
named cr rather than xcr.

cpuid documented its output registers as eax, ebc, ecx, edx.
