Fix tree state cleanup on initial load

Track whether the boxed process list has been initialized before pruning saved process expand state, so startup or reconnects do not discard UI state while the process list is still empty. The view cleanup logic now relies on the loaded box map for box state restoration and removes the old pending-cleanup flag.
