Fix tray sorting for grouped box entries

Improve SandMan tray ordering so both groups and boxes are inserted in sorted order across menus and the tray tree. The change adds shared sort-name helpers, stores raw display names for reliable display-mode sorting, and avoids ordering issues caused by truncated labels or mixed group/box comparisons.
