feat(provider/zai,gateway): add GLM-5.3-Flash model support (#19701)

## Summary

- add glm-5.3-flash to the new first-party @ai-sdk/zai model IDs from
the official Z.AI OpenAPI specification
- add zai/glm-5.3-flash to the AI Gateway language model IDs
- add a patch changeset for @ai-sdk/zai and @ai-sdk/gateway
