[glance] Adding duplicateParentState="true" in the Image Layout Files

When using keyboard to navigate on buttons in Glance Widget, we see the ripple color is too shallow to meet the Accessibility standard. The reason is that the focused states in the parent Glance Frame is not passed into the Child Image Layout. By adding duplicateParentState="true" in the Child Image Layout files, we are able to have a deeper color in the Focused effect on buttons.
