Rename `FollowTarget` `View` and `Anchor` factory functions to `view` and `anchor`.

Rename `FollowTarget.View` to `FollowTarget.view` and `FollowTarget.Anchor` to `FollowTarget.anchor` to adhere to Kotlin naming conventions for factory functions.
