build(deps): promote @huggingface/transformers to a required dependency

The JS semantic search tier lazy-loads @huggingface/transformers (transformers.js
+ native onnxruntime-node). Making it non-optional guarantees the semantic
embedder is always available on the JS main, so setup/index-embeddings build
real vectors instead of silently falling back to lexical-only search.
