Update DAE_STATS to handle results (#8914)

Report the number of removed results in both DAE and DAE2. Refactor DAE2
so that the main graph traversal and the DAE_STATS graph traversals use
the same logic, reducing duplication and improving confidence that the
reported stats are correct. Also report a few extra available
measurements in DAE2.
