fix(hooks): regenerate checksums.sha256 for caveman-mode-tracker.js

The UserPromptSubmit stdout/stderr 'error' handling fix in this PR changed
caveman-mode-tracker.js's contents without updating the pinned hash in
checksums.sha256, which tests/verify_repo.py checks in CI.
