docs(analysis): refresh eval synthesis, backup record, dashboard, quality report

Aligns analysis docs and progress log with the shipped scientific-method merge
and the closed debugging-cluster re-measure; records the global-Claude backup
(analysis/GLOBAL-BACKUP.md); regenerates dashboard.html and quality-report.json;
adds the verify-20260601 structural snapshot and refreshed experiments.db.
