network-flow(donut): show what the remainder is made of

The panel is the existing slide-in with one tab, so loading, failure and
retry come from the container rather than from here. Its title names the
dimension - "Other applications", "Other protocols" - because the title is
what a screen reader announces the dialog as, and "Other" on its own says
nothing about what was opened.

Above the table, how many categories are behind the slice and what they come
to. The count is a plural form rather than a number and a noun beside it, and
it is the count of the whole tail: when the list is capped the panel says so
underneath instead of quietly showing less than it claims.

Share is a bar against a fixed nought-to-a-hundred range, not against the
largest row - scaled to the largest, the top category would always read as
the whole remainder. The comparison columns appear only when the preceding
window holds something, so a collector that started ten minutes ago does not
report every category as new.
