igloo: drop the display options the engine ignores

The graph views' "Modify display options" still offered the full option
set of the legacy renderer, so toggling font size, title format, time
range previews or timerange synchronization changed nothing. Both that
dialog and the view editor's graph column properties now leave them out,
together with the inline title choice, which a config still holding it
falls back from rather than refusing to save. Report layouts keep every
one of them, as their own renderer still honours them.

What used to be the graph controls is now the burger menu, the term the
dashboard wizard already uses.
