docs(readme): retake the screenshots on 1.0.0 and list the 1.0 features

The six cells were captured on 0.24.1 and no longer match the shipped UI
(Aldrich, the new mark, the 1.0 dashboard sections). Retaken against the
public demo at demo.colliepwa.dev on the 1.0.0 build, iPhone 14 viewport,
with the demo strip cropped; Settings came from a local 1.0.0 instance
because the demo's settings route crashes (see note below). The
session-switcher cell is gone — the demo has one session, so the cell now
shows the Quick dock instead. The feature list gains pairing, packs and
the six languages.

Known issue, not fixed here: /settings on the deployed demo dies with
"Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')".
