* Fix package-lock.json sync issues

Add back missing @types/node and undici-types peer dependencies that were
removed by dependabot but are still required by inquirer and vite-node packages.

The original dependabot PR incorrectly removed these peer dependency entries,
causing npm ci to fail in CI with 'Missing from lock file' errors.
