Scope agent memory to the current project. (#54)

New writes record conversation/project provenance. Cloud and BYOA share one filter: pinned, climate, and legacy rows stay global; unpinned work facts are visible only in that project. Existing memories are not migrated.

memory list defaults to the current scope (global only when there is no project); --all is the escape hatch. Mixed-project wakes stamp GLOBAL rather than the trigger group.
