[fix] Properly handle location type change from indoor to outdoor #156

- Fixed an issue where changing a location from indoor to outdoor  
  caused an "invalid error" due to unsynchronized type changes.  
- When the type of an already existing location is changed from
  indoor to outdoor, delete any floorplan and indoor object location data.
- Added a confirmation dialog when changing a location type from  
  indoor to outdoor to prevent accidental floorplan deletion.  
- Improved test coverage and refactored code for better consistency  
  and maintainability.
