Fix docs compile issue and update some old code (#1389)

* Fix indent in documentation file.

* Remove python 2 __future__ import

* Remove python 2 encoding comment

* Use python 3 super method

* Mark docs redirect string as regex

* Update syntax for TypedDict classes

* Remove Python <3.7 check from tests

* Update use of path() and include() methods in tests
