Add TTF structural validity tests for Windows compatibility (fixes #96)

Add 6 tests verifying generated TTF files have correct structure:
- Valid TrueType header signature
- All Windows-required tables present
- head table magic number and unitsPerEm range
- maxp/glyf/loca consistency
- hhea/hmtx consistency
- Round-trip parseability
