website: Fix WASM highlighter context (#2725)

## Summary

- update the WASM syntect highlighter to match the current
`InputHighlighter::update` signature
- import `Context` instead of the obsolete `App` parameter type

## Test Plan

- `cd crates/story-web && make build-wasm`
