drag to select and copy, tighter FAQ (v0.1.2)

herdr copies whatever you select in a pane, right up until the pane app
takes the mouse. dagr takes the mouse for click-to-select, so it now
brings its own: drag across anything to select it, let go and it is on
your clipboard. A click that never moved is still just a click. This
works inside a confirm gate too, because copying the argv is reading,
not answering.

The FAQ up top is shorter, and installing starts by checking for cargo.
