first-open placement hint + mouse support

A fresh pane says how to place itself: press an arrow or H/J/K/L,
shown until the first interaction. And the pane is clickable now:
click a trace row or a queue item to select it, scroll to move the
cursor. Actions stay keyboard-only; a stray click cannot confirm
anything.
