fix: hold the mouse grab at a shell so the wheel can scroll (#75) (#77)

Releasing the grab handed wheel events to herdr, which has nothing to
move on the alt screen. Keep the grab, send terminal.scroll, and use
the plugin selector for left-drags. Raw SGR still never reaches a prompt.
