polish(web): anchor session menu to its trigger and align rows

Menu was positioned against the header, so it hung under the title rather
than the button. Rows were ragged because the unticked marker was a bare
space, which collapses. Trigger now uses the chip idiom so it reads as a
control at rest instead of plain header text.
