fix(telegram-demo): bound pane read by deadline, not message count

Same fixed-range(5) bug already fixed in herdr_telegram.py's read_pane.
Safe today only because the demo relay never emits a sessions message;
fix it anyway so it doesn't stay an unfixed twin.
