fix(docs): use kilo.chat() instead of kilo() in Vercel AI SDK examples

The Kilo gateway does not support the responses API yet — only the chat
completions API. Replace kilo() with kilo.chat() in all Vercel AI SDK
examples to use the correct chat completions endpoint.
