Add FAISS to vectorstores (#414)

✨ feat(config.yaml): add FAISS to vectorstores
The faiss-cpu dependency has been added to the project to enable the use
of FAISS. FAISS has been added to the list of vectorstores in the
config.yaml file to allow for the use of FAISS in the project.
