Migrate the style benchmarks to Vitest bench (#8123)

* Migrate the style benchmarks to Vitest bench

Ports FilterCreate, FilterEvaluate, FunctionCreate, FunctionEvaluate, ExpressionCreate, ExpressionEvaluate, Validate and StyleLayerCreate to src/style/*.bench.ts. The old registrations stay in place.

* Remove the style benchmarks the Vitest ports replace

Deletes the five benchmark files behind the eight ported registrations and their entries in the version and style benchmark pages. The filters.json and 785.vector.pbf fixtures stay: the ported benchmarks read them.
