feat: Add README.md and update project name

This commit introduces the initial README.md file for the Jetpack Boilerplate project.
The README includes:
- Project overview and features (Jetpack Compose, Hilt, Navigation 3, MVVM).
- Tech stack and libraries used.
- Instructions for getting started (prerequisites, installation).
- Project structure overview.
- Guidance on usage and contributions.
- License information.

Additionally, the project name in the `.idea/.name` file has been updated from "Call Budy" to "Jetpack Boilerplate".
