fix: Update GitHub stars badge and reformat tech stack in README

This commit updates the GitHub stars badge in `README.md` to use a new badge from `badgen.net` instead of `img.shields.io`.
It also reformats the "Tech Stack & Key Libraries" section for better readability by adjusting indentation and spacing.
