Refactor: Update icon for Wide Navigation Rail

This commit updates the icon used for the "Wide Navigation Rail" item in the `HomeScreen.kt` file.
The icon `Icons.AutoMirrored.Filled.MenuOpen` has been replaced with `Icons.Filled.ViewWeek`.
A new import for `androidx.compose.material.icons.filled.ViewWeek` has also been added.
