Implement MCP Auth Protocol (#18)

Updates the `README.md` file to improve clarity and add new instructions
for using MCP servers with VS Code. Following the rollout of the MCP
preview feature. Guidance has been updated to reflect the recommended
use of VS Code as the preferred environment.
Integrate `ModelContextProtocol.AspNetCore` for OAuth 2.0 Protected
Resource Metadata (RFC 9728) authentication support for the gateway
service.
