Filter out non-playable media items during CastPlayer transfer

When transferring playback state between target and source players, filter out
media items that do not have a valid playback URI (localConfiguration is null
or has empty URI), as they are not playable by the target player. Adjust the
current item index accordingly if the active item was filtered.
