Read the pool fee from the pool instead of assuming Sepolia's 2 STRK, which left a mainnet payer short of the 6 STRK the pool charges.

The deploy helpers take a network argument so MorokInvoices can ship to mainnet, and the till only promises on-chain settlement where that contract exists.
