fix: use sentinel file for driver-mode detection (codex strips env vars)

Codex sandbox strips custom env vars, so MULTIAGENTS_DRIVER_MODE=1
never reaches the internal multiagents-peer adapter. Now also writes
.multiagents/.driver-mode sentinel file that the adapter checks.
