[mypyc] Don't borrow list items on free-threaded builds (#21679)

Borrowing list items is unsafe on free-threaded builds, since another
thread could be concurrently mutating the list.

Also make it possible to have different expected test case outputs on
free-threaded and GIL-enabled builds.

Work on mypyc/mypyc#1202.
