fix(web): invalidate a pending preview when the machine selection changes

openPreview now also abandons its session if selectedMachineId changed before the
session was issued, so a preview for machine A is not published/navigated after
the user selects machine B. Connecting a TTY/VNC session keeps the selection, so a
valid pending preview is not cancelled.
