fix(settings): input max value, dead code, Esc cancel

1. indexMaxItemsTotal max changed from 200000 to 2000000 to match config
2. Removed dead SettingsDraft struct (never used)
3. Added keydown handler for Escape during hotkey recording — sends
   cancelRecord to host which stops recording and restores raw input
