Add trailing slash to MCP URLs shown in settings UI

The settings tab was displaying /mcp without a trailing slash while all
documentation and OpenAPI specs consistently use /mcp/. This aligns the
UI with the documented form.

Duplicates the intent of the change noted in #254.
